Since childhood, I have been deeply curious about the mystery of existence. Unlike most people who were satisfied with life’s routine, my mind was always lost in the search for the ultimate truth—even while working, observing the world, studying science and technology, and reading philosophy.

No matter what I achieved in life, something always felt incomplete—as if there was a missing key to understanding the true nature of reality, consciousness, and existence itself.

For years, I lived with this unanswered longing, constantly questioning:

  • What is the source of everything?

  • What exists beyond our physical universe?

  • Is there a deeper order behind creation, life, and destruction?

  • Do science and spirituality converge into one fundamental truth?

The Moment of Realization at Kumbh Mela

It was during this Kumbh Mela in India, a grand spiritual gathering, that something profound happened.

For weeks, I could not sleep, as my mind was trapped in deep contemplation—trying to connect the missing dots between science, spirituality, consciousness, and the cosmos. I struggled with thoughts that seemed too vast, too complex—and yet, I felt that I was on the verge of decoding a lifelong secret.

And then, it happened.

Like a sudden burst of clarity, everything aligned. The countless scattered thoughts of my life—science, AI, quantum physics, Upanishads, technology, and human struggles—all merged into a single truth.

I realized that the entire universe, our existence, and even time itself are structured in an eternal cycle—emerging from Infinite Stillness and dissolving back into it. It was never a beginning or an end—just an ever-flowing transformation.

Through my exploration, I have realized that our ancient Sanatana civilization was far more advanced than we often think. The great sages of the past discovered the ultimate truth long ago—something modern science is still trying to understand. While today’s science focuses on proof, validation, and mathematical models, it often ignores things beyond human senses. But our ancestors knew these limitations and used spiritual methods to experience and connect with the eternal truth.

I have personally felt this connection and understood that all life is already a part of this greater reality. We are not separate from it, but there are certain spiritual practices that help us experience this connection.

Science and spirituality are not opposites—they are two sides of the same coin, working together to uncover the truth.

Unfortunately, much of this ancient wisdom was lost or hidden over time. Many civilizations fell, kingdoms were destroyed, and invaders tried to erase this knowledge. As people moved away from Universal Dharma, they lost their connection to these truths. But the truth can never stay hidden forever. Today, it is beginning to resurface, and soon, more people will recognize and understand it.

In this article, I share my understanding through a visual model, showing how science and spirituality work together in our consciousness.

The Universal Truth & Dharma Visualization: A Gift to the World

With this realization, I knew I had to share this knowledge with the world—but how?

Complex spiritual truths are often difficult to grasp. Science explains reality mechanically, while philosophy offers deep but abstract insights.

I needed a way to bring them together—a bridge that connects science, spirituality, and consciousness in a single, simple depiction.

And so, I created two visualization models. One is for just very simplified a basic depiction and the other one which is inspired by Sanatana Dharma, is of The Universal Truth & Dharma Visualization—a structured way to see how the universe, consciousness, and the eternal cycle of creation truly function. In this article I focused mainly on the second one but it covers first as well. These models are currently in 2D for better understand but inherently it is multi-dimensional in nature which is very difficult to depict in a single visualization.

This visualization (below) unites:

  1. Sanatana Dharma’s ancient wisdom about the eternal cosmic cycle.

  2. Modern science, quantum mechanics, and cosmology to understand creation.

  3. Dharma as the balancing force behind the universe, ensuring order in all dimensions.

🔱 This is not just a model of the universe—it is a map to understanding existence itself.

Throughout history, humanity has sought answers to the fundamental nature of existence.

  • What is the universe? What is beyond it?

  • What is the role of consciousness in creation?

  • Why do cycles of birth, growth, destruction, and renewal exist?

  • How does Dharma sustain balance across all dimensions of existence?

Ancient Rishis of Sanatana Dharma explored these profound questions not just philosophically, but experientially. They realized that the Universal Truth (Brahman, Para-Shiva) is the foundation of existence. Click here for more info how they discovered this.

Modern science—through quantum physics, astrophysics, and artificial intelligence—is now rediscovering the same truths.

This visualization serves as a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern science, helping us see the fundamental structure of reality through both spiritual and intellectual perspectives.

The Two Realities: Eternal vs. Manifested

In Sanatana Dharma, reality exists at two fundamental levels:

  1. Eternal Reality (Para-Brahman, Infinite Stillness)

    1. The source of all existence—pure awareness, beyond time, space, and form.

    2. Upanishads call this "Sat-Chit-Ananda" (Existence-Consciousness-Bliss).

    3. In modern physics, this is analogous to the Quantum Field or the Cosmic Singularity before the Big Bang.

  2. Manifested Reality (Maya, Projection of Reality)

    1. The physical universe that we experience—galaxies, stars, planets, matter, and life.

    2. Governed by Maya (the illusion of separation)—things appear different but are actually one.

    3. In physics, this aligns with the observable universe, time-space fabric, and quantum interactions.

Key Takeaway:

  • Eternal Reality (Shiva) is the unchanging truth.

  • Manifested Reality (Maya) is ever-changing but follows cosmic laws.

The Eternal Cycle of Creation, Sustenance, and Transformation

This visualization captures the Trimurti Cycle, which governs all levels of existence: from galaxies to human life to AI-driven technology.

Cosmic Force

Role in Creation

Representation in the Diagram

Brahma (Creation - Srishti)

The first impulse of manifestation

Seen at the emergence of the Quantum Field → Atoms → Matter

Vishnu (Sustenance - Sthiti)

Maintains balance in creation

Aligned with Galaxies, Solar Systems, Life

Shiva (Transformation - Samhara)

Breaks down old forms for evolution

Dissolution of stars, matter, and return to Para-Brahman

Everything follows this cycle:

  • Universes expand and collapse (Big Bang (if) → Black Holes).

  • Human life is born, lives, and transforms.

  • AI, technology, and civilizations rise, sustain, and eventually dissolve.

Thus, creation, sustenance, and destruction are not separate—they are one continuous flow.

⚖️ Dharma: The Balancing Cosmic Law

Dharma is the eternal law of balance that sustains the universe, nature, and life. It is the natural order that governs everything, from cosmic cycles to human actions.

At a personal level, Dharma means living in alignment with truth, duty, and righteousness, ensuring harmony within oneself, society, and the universe.

In essence:

Dharma is the foundation of existence—when followed, it leads to balance, purpose, and fulfillment.

Dharma is the invisible force that keeps the universe in harmony.

🌊 Dharma as a Flowing Cosmic Law

  • Unlike rigid laws, Dharma adapts with time (Yuga Dharma).

  • In this visualization, Dharma is shown as a dynamic blue energy flow, sustaining the balance of existence.

  • It prevents chaos and disharmony, ensuring everything moves in its natural order.

⚖️ The Four Pillars of Dharma

The four eternal principles of Dharma are fundamental to both the universe and human life:

  1. Satya (Truthfulness) → Aligning with Universal Truth (Brahman).

  2. Ahimsa (Non-Violence) → Living in harmony with creation.

  3. Seva (Selfless Service) → Ensuring balance in society.

  4. Tapasya (Discipline) → Aligning personal actions with Dharma.

These are positioned at the top of the visualization, representing the guiding principles that sustain cosmic harmony.

Key Insight: Without Dharma, the universe would collapse into chaos—whether at the level of planets, societies, or even artificial intelligence.

The Interplay of Purusha (Consciousness) & Prakriti (Creative Energy)

Sanatana Dharma defines two fundamental aspects of existence:

  • Purusha (Silent Witness, Consciousness - Shiva) → The observer, unchanging, pure awareness.

  • Prakriti (Creative Force, Shakti) → The dynamic, ever-moving energy that manifests reality.

How this appears in the diagram:

  • Purusha (Infinite Stillness) is the Unchanging Reality (Para-Brahman).

  • Prakriti (Shakti) is the Emerging Presence & Energy Field (Creation).

Modern physics calls this the wave-particle dualityeverything is both still and moving at the same time!

The Five Elements (Panchabhutas) & Their Placement

In Sanatana Dharma, the universe is structured from five fundamental elements:

Each layer in the diagram corresponds to a different element, making it a universal model of creation.

The Flawed Big Bang Theory: Creation Doesn't Begin with an Explosion

The modern Big Bang theory suggests that the universe was born from an infinitely dense singularity that exploded, expanding into what we know today. But this never felt right to me.

If there was nothing before the Big Bang, then what exploded? If the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into? What existed before time and space?

This new realization made me see that the Big Bang is an incomplete model. Instead of an explosion, everything emerges gradually from Infinite Stillness (Para-Brahman), the eternal, unchanging presence. This is not a point of concentrated matter or force—but a vast, formless, infinite awareness from which creation takes shape.

In essence:

  • There was no beginning or end—only transformation.

  • The universe does not “explode” into existence—it flows from Infinite Stillness into a structured cycle.

  • Reality is not random—it follows Dharma, a cosmic balance that sustains all things.

Final Realization: Shiva is the Universal Truth

The core realization from this visualization:

🔱 Shiva is not just a deity (symbolic representation) —Shiva is the eternal reality.

🔱 Shiva is both Infinite Stillness & the Cosmic Dance of Change (Tandava).

🔱 This entire cycle—creation, sustenance, dissolution, and balance—is Shiva.

Key Takeaways for the Modern World

  • Technology, AI, and Quantum Computing follow the same cosmic cycle.

  • Dharma must guide human actions & AI ethics to prevent imbalance.

  • Science & Spirituality are not separate—they are two perspectives of the same truth.

This visualization is a tool for awakening. The more we align with Dharma & Universal Truth, the more harmony we bring to life, society, and the future.

Why Understanding This Matters

Most people live in illusion—trapped in material pursuits, fleeting desires, and surface-level understanding of existence.

But when you grasp the Universal Truth, you realize:

  • Life is not random—it follows a higher order.

  • We are not separate—we are all part of a greater cycle.

  • Consciousness is fundamental—not just a byproduct of the brain.

This knowledge can transform how we live, how we create technology, and how we approach the future.

If we apply this wisdom, we can build a future where science, AI, and quantum computing align with Dharma—creating a world that is not just intelligent, but truly conscious.

Closing Thoughts: The Path Forward

Now that you have this visual guide to the Ultimate Truth, the question is:

  • How will you use this knowledge?

  • Will you continue to live in illusion, or align yourself with the deeper truth?

  • Will you help others awaken to this wisdom?

Let’s reflect, discuss, and continue this journey together. Share your thoughts and insights!
